- 9 aprile 2009: arriva l’ok dalla Provincia che autorizza la TSN, che dichiara di non essere assoggettabile alla verifica della VIA
- 2009 si chiude con una perdita di 1'468’600€, le perdite complessive degli ultimi 6 anni ammontano a 4'300’000€. La Legno Energia non lascerà l’immobile in attesa dell’8 febbraio 2011: prevista visita dell’Ufficiale Giudiziario per il rilascio dell’immobile.
- 17/01/2011: la TSN, dopo un incontro col sindaco, invita il Comune ad evitare la completa sospensione delle attività presso i capannoni della Legno Energia.
- 02/02/2011, causa indisponibilità del Giudice, l’udienza per la causa fra il Comune e la Legno Energia è rinviata all’8 giugno.
- 2011 previsti altri 6 milioni di euro di investimento in TSN, sembra per rinnovare l’intero impianto e poter accedere a certificati verdi più cospicui. Nessuna dichiarazione di intenzione da parte della TSN.
